SONUÇ ve DEĞERLENDİRME:
İSVEÇ Çalışması:
“Grundtvig” projesi için, AGİKAD olarak 3 kişi (İnsaf Kılıç, Hayriye Mutlu ve Handan Demirdamar) Avusturya’dan 2 kişi, Romanya’dan 2 kişi, Hollanda’dan 2 kişi Olmak üzere 11 kişi İSVEÇ Stockholm’de bir araya gelerek aşağıdaki çalışmalar gerçekleştirilmiştir.
AGİKAD’ın Türkiye’de uyguladığı girişimcilik konusu ve kadınların Girişimcilik konusundaki becerileri ve izlenecek yol haritası ve sosyal aktivitelerde nelere dikkat edileceği konusu, örnek seçilen Girişimcinin sunumu anlatılmıştır.
Ortaklar, kendi sunumlarını başarıyla gerçekleştirmiştir. Hollanda toplantısının 22-26 Nisan 2012 tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilmesine karar verilmiştir.
Çalışmalarımızı özetlediğimizde, her ülke kendi çalışmasının planını yaparak ağ (network) çalışması örneğiyle 12 kişi fikir paylaşımı sonucunda 15 konu belirleyip, konular içerisinden her ülke kendine düşen çalışma planıyla Türkiye’den ayrılmıştır.
ÇALIŞMALARIMIZIN KISA ÖRNEKLERİ:
-AGİKAD, PROJE PARTNERLERİ İLE 6 Aralık 2010 tarihinde (TÜRKİYE) Ankara' da ilk hareketliliğini gerçekleştirmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalarımızla her ülke kendi  planını çıkararak 2 yıllık programımızın, Türkiye, Romanya, Avusturya, İsveç ve Hollanda’dan olmak üzere,18 kişi ile proje uygulamaya konulmuştur.7 Aralık 2010 aynı gün, Yenimahalle Belediyesinde öğle yemeğinin ardından ve Belediyenin tanıtımı, Beceri Atölyeleri, Sanat merkezleri, Engelli atölyesi ve merkezdeki derneklerinin ziyareti). 8 Aralık günü  Beypazarı Başkanlık ziyareti  ve Tanıtım gezisi, Yöresel lezzetlerle paylaşılan yemek ikramı. Aynı gün Saat: 16.00: da Anıtkabir ziyareti - 17.30 da da Ulus Şengül Hamamını tanıtımı gibi örneklerimizle bilgi ve kültür paylaşımını gerçekleştirdik.
-10 Mart 2011-Grundtvig projemizle Romanya hareketliliğimiz de derneğimizi temsilen, Tomris  YALÇINKAYA’nın tasarımıyla, “Güneş Bebek Projesi” gerçekleştirildi. Güneş Bebek’imizin hayata kazandırıldı ve Çankaya Belediyesi Sığınma Evi’ne bir bakıma çocukluklarındaki mutluluklarını yeniden canlandırmak ve ihtiyaç sahibi  kadınlara gelir imkanı  sağlamak amacıyla açtırdığımız iyileşme atölyesi hayata geçirildi. 
 - 6 HAZİRAN  2011  Grundtvig projemizle, Avusturya’da gerçekleşen çalışmamızda İnsaf KILIÇ, Nesrin YAŞAR, Şükran KİTİŞ,  Tomris YALÇINKAYA, Selma ERGEN katıldılar. Nesrin YAŞAR’IN “Hijyen ve Sağlıklı Beslenme” konulu sunumunu gerçekleştirmiştir.
-Hollanda çalışmamız 22-26 NİSAN 2012 
ANKARA- Altındağ Belediyesi’nde gerçekleştirdiğimiz proje kapsamındaki çalışmamızda 73 kadına sunulan kadın hakları konulu seminerimiz başarıyla sonuçlanmıştır.
-14 Kasım 2009 Cumartesi Yenimahalle Belediyesi’nde 38 kadın 3 erkek katılımcılara “Kadın Girişimcilerin İhracatta Yönlendirilmesi” konulu seminerimiz başarılı geçmiştir.
 Altındağ Belediyesi’nde Yunus Emre Kültür Merkezindeki “Girişimcilikte Kendini Keşfet” konulu ücretsiz seminerlerimizi kadınlarımızla paylaştık. Eğit.Uz. Ali ULUSOY’ un sunumunda tamamı kadın olan 83 kişi faydalandırılmıştır.
- 22-29-30 Kasım 2011 tarihlerinde liderlik eğitiminin önemini aktararak 4 ülke ortaklarımızın tanıklığında sertifikalar eğitimcilere törenle teslim edilmiştir.
-21 Ocak 2011-“Ürgüp Göreme” CTSC ağı proje ortaklığımızın gereğince, projeye destek veren Ankara Barosu başta olmak üzere, birçok STK grup üyeleri hazır bulunmuşlardır, Romanya çalışmamız öncesi AB Projesi’nin önemi aktarılmıştır, görüntülü çalışmalarımız Romanya’da sunulmuştur. Derneğimizden çalıştaya Ürgüp’te İnsaf KILIÇ, Şükran KİTİŞ çalışmaları gerçekleştirmiştir.
 -26.Ocak 2011 Yenimahalle Belediyesi –Dört Mevsim Tiyatro Salonu’nda  Gen. Sek. AV. Şükran KİTİŞ kadın hakları konulu sunumumuzda 73 kadın 5 erkek olmak üzere 79 katılımcı faydalandırılmıştır.
-10 Aralık  2011- Ankara Valiliği İnsan Hakları Haftası Keçiören Teknik End. Meslek Lisesi etkinliğinde Av. Şükran KİTİŞ Kadın Hakları Konulu sunumumuzu gerçekleştirmiştir.
- Televizyonda tanıtım etkinliği 2011-2012 AB Projelerimizin içeriğini ve girişimcilerimizi tanıtan Başkent TV “Biz Bize” programına, yöneticiler ve üyelerimizin konuk olmuş ve programda projemizin önemi işlenmiştir.
-Web sitemizde projemizin çalışmalarına yer verilmiştir ve faaliyetlerimiz güncellenmiştir.

ÇANKAYA BELEDİYESİ KADIN SIĞINMA EVİ,
“GÜNEŞ BEBEK” BÜTÜNLEMESİ
             AGİKAD olarak amacımız kadının güçlenmesine girişimcilik başarısına katkı koyacak eğitimlerimizin devamı olan,  Çankaya Belediyesi Sığınma evindeki çalışmalarımızın devamında Sığıma evinden çıkan kadınlara katkı koyabileceğimiz girişimimizle.; 11-18 Nisan 2011 tarihinde AB projesi GURUNDİTVİĞ öğrenme ortaklığı projemiz Hollanda da Çankaya Belediyesi dayanışmamızın yanı sıra, sizleri tanıtarak özellikle sığınma evindeki başarılarınızı aktardık... Amacımızla örtüşen kadın sığıma evinden çıkan kadınlara İstihdam yaratacak ve Maaş destekli yapılanmanın özellikleri sizler için gerekli olan destek sözünü aldık.
Bu konuda birlikte gerçekleştirebileceğimiz Projeyle, Hollanda Ülkesi işbirliğimizle amacımıza ulaşmış olacağız. 
AB GRUNDTVIG Proje faaliyetimizin içerisine aldığımız,, Çankaya Belediyesi Sığınma evinde gerçekleştirdiğimiz el becerileri eğitiminin yanı sıra, kurulmasına sebep olduğumuz, Atölyeyi iyileşme evi olarak adlandırdık. Bu eve çöküntü halinde gelen kadının duygularını çocukluğuyla buluşmasında yapılan Bez bebeklerle katkı koyacağımıza inanıyoruz,  İhtiyaç sahibi kadınlar, Bez bebekler de kendilerini bütünleştireceklerdir.
Yukarı da bahsettiğim gibi yeniden yaşama sarılıp güneş bebek olarak doğmalarına kurumun önemli desteği yanında, bizim rolümüzün etkisini duygusal anlamda bez bebekte yaşatmayı özellikle istiyoruz.
            Çünkü her kadın bir güneştir, bu anlamda kendi değerini fark etmesi daha da önemlidir, Güneş olmasa hayat durur örneğiyle, hayatı kadının yokluğundaki yaşam gibi kurguluyoruz. Uygulamamızda kadın istihdamına dernek olarak ve ayrıca kendimizce öncülük etmek hepimiz için çok önemli, aşağıdaki örneğimizle dernekle başlayan girişimimiz, 
Çoğu kadınların istihdam edilebilirliklerinin yetersizliğinin nedenlerinden biri de, beceri ve mesleki nitelik eksikliğidir.
Kadınların dışarıda iş yapabilmeleri ya da ücret karşılığı çalışmaları hem toplumsal hem de kendilerinin bilincinde değişimim olması ile olanaklı görünmektedir. Özellikle kadın olmanın evde olmak anne olmak ile eşitlendiği, kutsandığı gerçeği ile yüzleşmeden yola çıkmak mesafe almak zor görünmektedir. Güneş bebekler bu anlamda, kadınlara çok şey vereceği gibi, onlara refakat ederek güç de katabileceklerdir.
Bu konuda Devlet düzeninde iyileştirmek adına yapılması gereken en önemli kısım, bu gibi mekanlar dan çıkan kadınlarımıza olanak sağlanması ve İstihdamının gerçekleşmesi çok önemli bir ihtiyaçtır diyoruz.
